Staff and Management CENSUDI has 16 full-time staff, 4 part time staff, 2 national service persons and four university/polytechnic interns. The full-time members of staff comprise a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a Head of Finance & Administration, a Head of Campaigns, a Campaigns Manager, 5 Gender Advocacy Officers, an Administrative Officer, an Accounts Assistant, an Office Assistant,two operational assistants and two cleaners. Our part time members of staff are responsible for the security of buildings and property of the organisation and are mainly males. The interns provide support to administration and campaigns as messengers, receptionists and field assistants. They usually work with us for between 2 and 5 years to accumulate some funds and experience to enable them continue with their education. The breakdown of our staff is detailed in the table below:
